Guest Certificates are ideal when renting your vacation home on your own.

A Guest Certificate will give you and your guest peace of mind knowing that everything has been taken care of. Your guest will receive an official document for them to present at the front desk upon check-in. All financial obligations must be current and your unit must be free of any prior occupancy commitment.

There is an administrative fee to process a Guest Certificate.

Guest Certificates – Terms and Conditions

• Interval Servicing Guest Certificates may only be purchased by active members.
• Guest Certificates are valid only for the vacation dates and accommodations indicated on the face of the Certificate.
• Guest Certificates may be used only by the individual(s) named on the certificate, are non-transferrable, and may not be resold.
• The member requesting a Guest Certificate warrants that the recipient of the Certificate is at least 25 years of age.
• Additional people may accompany the Guest Certificate recipient, provided the travel party does not exceed the occupancy limit indicated under the “Sleeping Capacity” section on the face and back of the Certificate.
• The member who requested the Guest Certificate will be held responsible for any costs incurred due to unpaid room charges, as well as damage or replacement of items in the unit or on the resort premises as a result of actions by the member’s guest, others in their party or anyone being entertained by their guest or guest’s party.

Use of the Guest Certificate and resort accommodations is subject to any conditions imposed by the resort. Interval Servicing reserves the right to revoke this Guest Certificate should any of these Terms and Conditions be breached.
