The Interval Servicing website is offered to you predicated on your acceptance, without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices herein contained. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Licensing

Where applicable, Interval Servicing Co., LLC is an authorized licensee of the names and logos of Interval Servicing's client resorts and other third parties. Interval Servicing may also grant client resorts and other third parties the use of Interval Servicing's name and logo. Interval Servicing Co., LLC is a separate and independent company from these client resorts and third parties and their respective network of companies. Such licensing shall not be used to construe, any partnership, joint venture, agency, subsidiary or parent relationship between Interval Servicing, LLC and their client resorts or any of the client resorts' affiliated companies. The license arrangement between Interval Servicing and any client resort may be terminated without notice to you.

Member Account, Password and Security

For any product or service that requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.

During the registration process you will choose a password and a username. To simplify the registration process, your email address will be used as a username. To ensure accuracy you will be able to update your username / email address online anytime. Please note that online correspondence and requests may not be honored if the email address is inaccurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Interval Servicing immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Interval Servicing will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. Notwithstanding, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Interval Servicing or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.

Privacy and Protection of Information

Interval Servicing does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Interval Servicing may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of businesses with whom we have a relationship about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (email, name, address, and telephone number, etc.) is not transferred to the third party.

In the course of business, Interval Servicing may derive information from and supply information to any company of the respective client resorts' network of companies in order to provide the best service to Interval Servicing's customers and the members of Interval Servicing's client resorts.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings and email, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose; however assume no liability for their breach of this obligation.

During the course of certain functions, the Interval Servicing website may collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include, for example, your device type, IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. Interval Servicing uses this information for the operation of the web service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the website.

When expressly authorized by you, Interval Servicing may use your survey comments as a testimonial. Interval Servicing reserves the right to edit comments for the purpose of clarity, grammar, spelling or punctuation. Interval Servicing will not knowingly alter the intent of your comments. You may rescind your authorization to use a particular comment by emailing us with a copy of the content to be removed and requesting such cancellation.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to use the website and receive information electronically from Interval Servicing, you must have an email address and submit it to Interval Servicing upon sign-up for any subscription, service or other item provided under this Agreement. Your computer, tablet or phone must have a web browser sufficiently current to receive the content as intended and an email software program capable of sending and receiving email from Interval Servicing via the Internet.

Consent to Receive Information in Electronic Form

You agree that by accepting the terms in this agreement, you consent to receive required information, and any other information provided to you from Interval Servicing, by electronic communication. You also confirm that your computer satisfies the hardware and software requirements stated above for receiving, accessing, displaying, printing, and storing copies of such required information, and you confirm that you have provided Interval Servicing a current email address for receiving required information.

You may withdraw your consent or update your email address online. However, if you choose to withdraw this consent, you may incur additional fees to receive required information by mail in lieu of electronic communications.

As a provider of services to Royal Resorts, and in compliance with its Privacy Policy (please consult http://www.royalresorts.com/privacy-policy.asp), Interval Servicing will exercise all reasonable care to prevent the disclosure of data received from Royal Resorts directly, or from its clients to any third party, and further agree to restrict the use of such data to what's strictly necessary for Interval Servicing to provide the services for which we were hired.
